Q:What should I expect in our relationship?
A: She's Got It Maid's foundation is integrity and communication. We believe in detailed communication and completing every service with honor.
Q:Are you insured?
A: She's Got It Maid is licensed, bonded, and insured.
Q: What is needed from me?
A: Communicating the number of guests is extremely important for scheduling. To ensure the safety of your property and our team we ask that you do not have any unattended guests, workers etc... during cleaning. If guest have not checked out or our team cannot access the property, a 15 min grace period will be given. If cleaning has to be rescheduled there will be a $40 trip fee will be applied.

Q: What time will your team arrive?
A: While we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time. We do adhere to a strict arrival window between 2-3 hour timeframe. Each cleaning is individualized and can last up to 2.5hours max.
Q. Do you offer carpet or furniture cleaning?
A: She's Got It Maid does not offer either service at this time.
Q: Do you provide laundry services?
A: If Laundry cannot be turned over during cleaning for any reason. We will take launder and return for a $35 service fee.
Q. What If I need to cancel?
A: 24-hour notice is required or there will be a $25 cancellation fee.
Q: Are you pet friendly?
Yes, we love our fury friends! There is a $35 fee
for pet clean-up service.
